BIBI LED shall provide free maintenance service if there are any quality problems within the guarantee period.
BIBI LED shall take the single freight cost within the 3 years guarantee period. Once the warranty period expires, BIBI LED shall not take any responsibility for freight cost incurred.
BIBI LED shall provide a favorable price for the maintenance service once the 3 years warranty period expires.
BIBI LED shall not take any responsibility by the following circumstances happened
Unauthorized disassembling or repairing;
Malfunction by misuse;
Out of the warranty period;
Void or broken series number seal tape.
Warranty will not be provided by BIBI LED under the following circumstances:
Damage due to the users’ misuse;
Damage due to damage caused by fire, flood, earthquake and other natural disasters;
Malfunction caused by misuse, including unauthorized disassembly, improper testing, etc;
Shell damage or components damage in use.
BIBI LED would only take in charge of one year warranty for the power supply, receiving card, sending card and cables.
Warranty time will start to count one month later after the shipment, and BIBI LED will guarantee the lead time in 15 – 20 workings day.
Cost for after-sales technical support.
BIBI LED will send the engineers to help with local installation and maintenance guidance, but the client should bear all the expenses incurred for the after-sales technical service, including visa fee, boarding fee, meals, transportation fee and so forth. The client should also take full charge of the engineers’ visa arrangement.
